“Comfortable clean hotel right below the Guayaquil lighthouse and with rooms with nice views to the river. Hotel is located by the pier with lots of restaurants options. Airport is like 15 min away and they have a free shuttle every hour. We also did a business event for 150 persons and all went well with good service.”

“We stayed in a double bed room with a view to the beach. We loved our stay there. The staff was amazing. The food was so delicious. The breakfast buffet included with the stay had so much variety and if you didn’t find something all you needed to do is ask and if they could they would accommodate your request. We really enjoyed our stay at Balandra and we will continue to stay in Balandra when we visit Manta. ”

“There is no need to stay here unless you really need to be in the centre of Guayaquil, which is not particularly pleasant. It is rather dirty, noisy and a bustling commercial area. Although the Malecon 2000 is only 6 blocks away, you can also stay close to it in a nicer area. The building is old and the B&B, which is a converted apartment, is also old.
