It is also conveniently located in downtown Lexington one block off of Main Street. It makes for an easy walk for shopping and dining, and to VMI and W&L. I highly recommend it. ”

I loved having breakfast food available- nice extra touch. Only downside was a lot of flies who invaded the place- especially near the breakfast area. “Stayed for a weekend while visiting friends in Lexington. The host, Charles, was incredibly nice and helpful, and the Schoolhouse is cute with an interesting history. Convenient to Lexington and 1 mile away from Lexington Valley Winery. Schoolhouse was clean, spacious, private, with huge yard and river running next to it.”
