They didn't introduce themselves, but they helped me enter the hotel and gave me a room, I couldn't have coped without them. When it comes to the room, we wanted a double bed. The room was for three people, unfortunately the double bed consisted of two single mattresses which were smaller than the size of the bed. While sleeping, the mattresses separated and it was uncomfortable for us to sleep. At night, I think the boiler was running all the time, which was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, there was no one to complain to. As for the online work of the hotel itself, after entering they quickly sent me 5 e-mails to the room asking me if I wanted to extend my stay. So there was someone who wanted to communicate with me. It's a pity that he didn't answer my calls when I wanted to communicate with them.
