“My wife and I had a wonderful stay here during the month of March escaping the cold from the Northeast. The house was immaculate and decorated very nicely inside. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials items. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. “The Irvine’s are great hosts, and we had a wonderful week. This house is a great location for boaters, with easy access to both the gulf and Atlantic. We will look forward to another stay.”

“Basically a charming place, but badly in need of a renovation. Lots of dust in the ventilation, so if you are allergic, choose another hotel. We switched to a mid range hotel chain, and got a clean (albeit smaller) room with better beds at the same price.”
