“The property is great. Would suggest an information sheet to disclose where to take trash, how to use appliances and WiFi use at the very least. Parking at a premium, better and easier to use valet service. Staff excellent to please your needs. Grocery near by. Property changed hands 2 before our stay, we got messages from mystay but if needed something they stated no longer managed so we were in circles many times but for the most part KB covered the issues. “Cute little townhouse, clean and well stocked. We live on the west coast of Florida, my daughter and her family were staying at Hawks Cay for 5 days. We decided to drive over and see them. The location was awesome for us, this townhome is on Hawks Cay property, we brought bikes which made it super convenient getting to and from the hotel. The yard is adorable, our dog enjoyed dropping & retrieving his toys from the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!”
