“Stayed in March/ April with partner and teenage son. We found the villa with no problem using Google Maps link provided and checked in easily. We were surprised at how big it is! There were only three of us, but it would be more than big enough for a family of six. We found it to be very well-equipped, with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was lovely, and heated to a good temperature - the worst bit was getting out, particularly if it was a bit windy! Car hire is essential...

“Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay at the Cliffside Villa. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of the precious town of Ponto Do Sol. The house is spacious and easily accommodates a large group. The view of the sea from the pool and balconies is incredible. Communication with Carlos/Caty was quick and easy. Our host had delicious snacks and beverages upon our arrival which was such a nice gesture! Thanks so much for having us. We hope to come back to Madeira!”

“This property has everything you need and the views are just breathtaking. There are so many little areas to hangout, the gardens are beautiful, the smell of the lavender and jasmine is wonderful! “My family and I spent 10 nights in Calheta at Alberto’s beautiful home! It was a great amount of space for 3 adults and one 10 year old. Easily could have fit another family with the use of downstairs. The place was well equipped to make meals and eat on the veranda overlooking the town and the mighty Atlantic. We loved staying in Calheta- with a rental car- it was easy to access various other nearby communities. The town is just down the hill (by car) and there are a good amount of restaurants...
