Quinta Pereira, bästa havsutsikt på ön, rymlig och avskild havet

Villa med 2 sovrum, 4 bäddar + 1 (på bäddsoffa), hisnande havsutsikt och rymligt utomhusliv, inklusive fantastisk infinity-pool med vattenfallsfunktion och stor uppvärmd pool. Solen går ner över havet, rakt framför villan. Villan stod färdig 2008 till en exceptionell standard med alla rum som njuter av panoramautsikt över havet. Köket är välutrustat med alla moderna bekvämligheter, inklusive en amerikansk kyl / frys med is och kallt vatten. Öppen planlösning, inklusive gratis internet. Alfresco äter middag under det forntida olivträdet och det magnifika drakträdet (en infödd art på ön) tillsammans med olika fruktträd och annan ö-fauna i trädgården i villan. Vi har installerat en ny 5-personers badtunna / spa vid poolen och skapat en spektakulär Miradouro (utkik) i slutet av trädgårdarna med utsikt över fyren vid Ponta do Pargo och de magnifika kustklipporna där du kan koppla av och njuta av fantastisk utsikt över Atlanten. Vi har två stora utomhusdubbla dagbäddar. Vi har också installerat en inomhus 2-personers infraröd bastu för din ytterligare njutning och luftkonditionering i hela villan.

The Sunsets Linger On...

We spent 6 nights in Funchal and 3 nights at Quinta Pereira. QP was a wonderful counter-balance to a busy first week. Contemporary and tastefully appointed villa, gorgeous patios and terraces, lovely pool and hot tub, and stunning views. Amenities, restaurants et al are a 10-15 minute drive away. A surreal retreat for two couples.

Paradise and Seclusion

This property is as advertised. Spectacular views, no homes or construction between you and the cliffs. Huge glass doors/walls everywhere allows you to fully drink in the setting. a variety of relaxing places to sit and enjoy the views; both out in the open and under cover for when it rains. the amenities were in alignment with the property and it was easy to get in and out. we wanted a beautiful setting away from it all and this property delivered 150%. we wanted a home base on the west side of the island and will definitely stay here again.

Mornings in Madeira

The house and property is stunning! The welcome bottle of Syrah was appreciated. There is so much space and multiple outdoor seating areas. The beds were extremely comfortable. Several balconies provide incredible views. The jacuzzi was dreamy in the evening, when it wasn’t raining. It was too cold to use either of the pools but I’m sure would be amazing during warmer months. We even had a little 4 legged visitor on day one who seemed to pop over just to welcome us to the property. Overall the property is highly recommended. There were a couple cons however. The downstairs bathroom which vents into the laundry room and not outside, had an awful smell of sewage. We had to keep the door shut during our stay just to make using the living room bearable. We also had to keep windows open to get fresh air. Another issue we ran into was the electricity going out when we tried to do laundry. Recommend that if doing laundry, do it at a time when other use of electricity is limited. The property is pretty tucked away from most populated areas, but the seclusion was very peaceful, a great place to let go of stress and strife and to connect with the earth.

Ein fantastisches Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es hat von allen Zimmern eine großartige Aussicht, ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt.

Great views but lacking cleanliness

Our stay at the villa was disappointing. We arrived to find a construction crew building a staircase, something we were never told about. The property manager's response was a weak "sorry, bad communication," and the crew didn’t leave until the end of the day. Cleanliness was also an issue—mould in the coffee maker, and my wife had to clean the whole villa, including one of the showers. The jacuzzi and pool looked less than clean, and the villa itself felt a bit run down, though it could be easily fixed. We encountered a cockroach on the first night, adding to the discomfort caused by the overall lack of cleanliness. On the plus side, the view is stunning, and the villa is well-equipped—just in need of better upkeep. Thankfully, we arrived on a Friday and avoided the construction over the weekend, but the heavy construction noise next door wasn’t mentioned in the advert. If you're okay with beautiful views and the sound of construction, this place could work for you. We really needed a few days relaxing break, but instead got stress.

Beautiful home with spectacular view

We loved our stay in Madeira; especially long mornings overlooking the ocean on the many beautiful sitting areas of this home. The view and stargazing was beyond fantastic. Wendy is an attentive and considerate host! It is a decent drive to popular areas; however, we had no trouble getting around. Wonderful time!

Great house in gorgeous surroundings

The house is spacious and well equipped. The beds are good and the swimming pools very nice. Lovely seats at various points outside. There is a garden room almost ready, that will be a beautiful addition to the house. Everything you need for a fantastic, quiet holiday is there and if you want to explore the island, most places are reachable around 1 h , 1h15 min. Highly recommended

Unfassbar gut

Wir (mit unserem 4 jährigen Sohn) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut ausgestatten Objekt mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Es mangelt dem Objekt an nichts. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das Bett und die Matratzen sind sehr hochwertig. Wir haben überhaupt nicht gefremdelt und konnte ohne Umstellung den Aufenthalt genießen. Die Wassermöglichkeiten haben auch unseren Filio begeistert, vorallem die angenehmen Temperaturen des beheizten Pools. Die Kulisse und die vielen Pflanzen geben dem Objekt was ganz besonderes. Die Technik im Haus ermöglichen auch das problemlose remote Arbeiten in die Heimat, falls doch spontan was erledigt werden muss. Es verlief alles so reibungslos, dass wir im gesamten Aufenthalt den Service bei Probleme nicht in Anspruch nehmen musste, daher können wir lediglich den positiven und freundlichen Kontakt im Vorfeld der Reise nur hervorheben. Rundum war einfach alles super! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Unplugging in Paradise

Quinta Pereira was the most relaxed I’ve been on a vacation in a very long time. The house was gorgeous and the location was great for what we needed. We enjoyed laying out in the sun every day while staying at this property. Both pools and hot tub were fabulous. No light pollution at night so able to see all the stars. And it was so quiet during the day. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Madeira any time soon.

Ein toller Ausblick

Das Haus ist nicht mehr neu, aber groß und toll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Links neben dem Grundstück wird gerade ein neues Haus gebaut, tagsüber sind die damit einhergehenden Baugeräusche hörbar. An dieser Stelle der Insel ist es weniger sonnig und weniger warm wie woanders auf der Insel, ein Grund dafür ist die Höhe des Hauses am Berg…immerhin 450 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel. Deshalb ist auch ein ständiger kühler Wind auf der Terrasse. Alles in allem ist uns das Haus eine 4-Sterne Bewertung wert.

Paradise found

I think it will not do it justice if I tried to describe in words the beauty of the property and surroundings. Even though we were there for only a short week it felt like a minute of eternity. Even my teen boys who are addicted to the screens like every kid these days were able to disconnect. It was therapeutic for sure. I have to thank the owners and management for making this the perfect stay and would love to be back soon.

Fantastic location

Great property and location. Loved being on the quieter and more scenic half of the island and away from crowds. Colin was prompt for the most part responding with any questions or concerns. The house was very well furnished with all the amenities you need and more like the telescope overlooking the view. Only exception was it would have been nice to have some shower gel and shampoo as it’s typically furnished but that’s very minor. Overall a very great property. Will definitely stay again!
