“The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future.”

“Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! The sound did not get in the way of our sleep in the nice cozy bed. Nice little snacks & bottled water was a lovely touch! “Diane and Michael were excellent hosts. While the spave is connected to there residence it is private and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for evening walks. The space met ally needs with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and area for games. I would definitely return”

If you are planning to do a lot of cooking you might miss some tools, but nothing that we couldn't work around. All in all, we would recommend staying here.”

“The upper floors of the house were very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house was well appointed overall and the beds were comfortable. We were on the tail end of a spring break vacation with our grandchildren who live in Portland and our stay at Irvington House put the icing on the cake. “We needed a home for our family to gather. This was a great house for our needs. Booking, checkin and communication was very easy. The view of the river was great and it is very quiet. And, we got an extra hour for late check out. However, the grill was quite problematic. It was filthy and the electric starter did not work so needed to take the grills off to manually start it with a lighter.
