This property was modern, very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies you could need. The beds were very comfortable. It is in a pretty and safe neighborhood convenient to shopping and accessing the major thoroughfares to Portland and Salem It was very warm during our stay and while the unit does not have air conditioning, the owner did supply 2 large fans which certainly helped. I would give it a 9 during summer and a 10 if staying the other seasons!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Only down side to our stay was that it was a hot few days and with the lack of air conditioning we had the windows open at night and there were several windows that were missing the screens.

Gillade: Läge
This unit is very clean inside and comfy. Its only about 20 minutes from Portland Airport. 2 bathrooms both with showers. Was perfect for the 3 of us. It was a bit warm for us and the unit has no AC but there were 2 fans provided on the property that worked well to keep us comfy. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a nice well kept unit.

When we arrived the driveway was blocked by 3 garbage cans and we had to go up to the door and the owner moved the cans as well as his car. He was cleaning 2 stand fans he gave us because of the no air conditioning but it was so hot in the apartment and there was such a strong smoky smell we were unable to stay even one of the 2 nights. The backyard or parking was not at all what it looks like in the pictures which was one of the reasons we rented to my 1 year old twin grandsons could run around before the wedding. The whole experience was bad and very uncomfortable with the owner just kind of hanging around when we first arrived and the next day when we went back to see if it had cooled down or the smell was any better which it had not so we loaded up our stuff and left. He did refund my cleaning fee because we never used the place but we were still out several hundred dollars.
