It seemed clean - some dust accumulating in places but nothing that made us feel like cleanliness was an issue. We were sitting outside having coffee one morning and a pool cleaner showed up. “Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future.”

“The house was super clean and convenient to everythjng we wanted to do in and around Las Vegas. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the four of us. A small frustration I have with many vacation rentals, this one included, is no hooks or coat rack at the entrance. Small beef though. “This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities...

“House is as advertised on VRBO. It was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. House was well stocked and pool was delightful in the 90 degree weather. Lyft rides to the Strip were about $25. Communication was timely and everything went smoothly.”

“We had such a nice stay at this house! It was large enough for our group of nine adults, and it was nice having a “home base” to come back to away from the craziness of the strip. Sanh was always extremely responsive and we never had any issues. It was also so nice having a clean/warmed pool. Would definitely recommend this property.”
