2500 m² lyx anpassade hem, två berättelser, 4 sovrum / 2. 5 bad är utformad för avkoppling inomhus och utomhus. Beläget på en lugn gata bara 10 minuter från Rio och Las Vegas Strip. Stora tvärgatorna är Durango och Patrick. Komma på 215 motorvägen är en kick från antingen Durango exit. Vi är 10 minuter från Las Vegas McCarran Airport också! Russell Road tar dig till Summerlin och alla de stora high end shopping, restauranger och underhållande att Summerlin erbjuder.
Bo från 06 / 11-07 / 05 kräver en vistelse på 24 nätter.

Vi ligger på en stor kvartal tunnland mycket med en separat port för RV parkering längs sidan av huset.
Desert landskapsarkitektur och total avskildhet på bakgården och poolen. När din inte ute på stan som du kan lounge hela dagen vid poolen och spa med din familj och vänner. Du kan koppla av utanför som den täckta uteplatsen hjälper till att hålla dig sval även under varma dagar här i Las Vegas. Njut av gas grill, och på natten samlas runt borden vid poolen för bekväm kväll konversationer. Jacuzzi och stor pool värme tillgänglig för extra kostnad.
Du kommer att älska den öppna högt i tak Vardagsrum med öppen spis och stora HDTV.

A Las Vegas Beauty

Our recent stay at this beautiful rental was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the house's inviting atmosphere and all the amenities it offered.While the entire property was delightful, the pool was hands-down our favorite feature. It was impeccably clean and provided the perfect refreshing escape on warm days. We spent countless hours lounging by the water, swimming, and enjoying the serene surroundings. It truly elevated our vacation experience and provided endless entertainment for everyone.The house itself was just as lovely, offering comfortable accommodations and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We're already dreaming of our next visit and can't recommend this home highly enough, especially if you're looking for a rental with an amazing pool! Almost forgot to mention how amazing the owner is! She responds Super Fast and made sure everything I needed was taken care of!

Coffee and swim mornings

Four ladies 60 enjoyed coffee under the veranda and a morning swim daily. Each of us had a bedroom with a queen or king bed. (no bunk bed, no pullout sofa bed). We enjoyed cooking our meals at the house. Plenty of dishes, cookery and utensils were available. Short drive to the Vegas Strip and airport.

Natalie was super nice and helpful. My family enjoyed they're stay there, and teenagers loved the pool and pool table. The house was very spacious. We will be keeping this property on our "to return" list of properties. We were only about 12-15 mins from the strip, and we were comfortable with that distance.

Family vacation

This property is exactly as described. This is a beautiful home. It is perfect for a family vacation with all amenities included and the host is very nice. She is there to answer any questions at anytime. This property is off the strip and away from the traffic noise with easy access to the 215 freeway but a close drive just minutes away. It is spacious and even had a crib for my grandson. The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was nice after a long day of walking and shopping. The house was stocked with toiletries and things which was super convenient even though I pack them lol. My family really enjoyed this home and we will definitely be back soon.

Family and friends vacation

Our family and another family were looking to stay in Las Vegas for 4 nights. Close to the strip, but we all wanted specific things. This house checked all the boxes for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from all airports, had a pool and jacuzzi, and also had a pool/game table. It was just what we all wanted. The host was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed staying there.

The house was spacious and easily accommodated the 6 of us. We enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi. The house was a bit farther from the strip than we had thought and each Uber ride was between 40-50 which added up quickly.Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Just what we needed

We had four guys meeting for a golf tournament. Natalie's house met the bill. We each had a nice bedroom and plenty of baths. The kitchen and dining setup was great for us, we even spent an evening playing pool. We did not have time for pool or jacuzzi. When we go to Vegas next year, we will rent her house again.

Wonderful Stay

The property is perfectly located minutes away from the strip. The swimming pool was excellent to have during the summer time we were there. I do agree with some other comments that the property needs some TLC, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

I think there is a room of improvement. Check in can be done better. A/C temp to be lowered prior to guests arrival. Other than that Natalie was great, and I will stay there again next time I am in Vegas.

Photos need to be updated

The property manager will not give you the access until you are standing at the front door (makes for some concern traveling for hours hoping you actually have a place to stay) if you are going to only sleep and stay in the pool it is the place for you otherwise not very accommodating to indoor seating. The main living area has had part of the couch removed from the photos and the TV didn’t work. The manager told me she could get the cable company on the phone if I wanted to talk to them (not what anyone on vacation wants to do) all of the back pillows for the 2 couch by the pool table are gone so not real comfortable. You have to take the grill half apart to lite it. If you want use the hot tub you have to be at the property turn some valves call the property manager to turn to on. Wait 30 mins for it to warm up then when you are done you have contact them again and turn the valves back. The outdoor furniture it’s exactly correct in the pictures as well. The chairs around the table have the wrong cheaper cushions on them so they aren’t very comfortable. The side of the house and part of the garage is the bone yard of things that have been broken and not replaced. I think some of the money being made needs to be put back into a few items in the house. The stairs have had fake hardware floor put on them incorrectly and trimmed the edge with the incorrect material making it a little difficult to get up and down the stairs without shoes on. Hard to believe it had a 9.2

Family getaway

Large house was great - pool table, air hockey and ping pong table next to kitchen was great for teens and older. Kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking. We paid extra to have the pool heated and pool was very clean. Host communicated well during our stay. Quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the strip - would stay here again. We definitely recommend going to Valley of the Fire State Park if you stay in Vegas.

Meh, at best

May work for some people, but absolutely did not work for us. Check-in was rocky, beds uncomfortable, noisy throughout the night (close to two major roads and constant flights overhead with single pane windows and what seems like zero insulation), and the pool/hot tub situation is a bit of a hassle. We ended up leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights) and finding something that worked better for us.
