“We were disappointed in the hot tub. Filled the water and flipped the breaker just like the owner said. However, when we left to do something for a few hours the temp was down to 90 and we had to wait. Also the cookware needs updating and there is no can opener. The neighborhood was fine and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night.”

“There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!”

“My wife and 3 adults kids enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding amd the house was perfect for our needs. It is super clean, the coffee maker worked great, and they are kind enough to have a Brita pitcher in the fridge amd full ice cube trays in the freezer. The beds were comfortable amd we enjoyed relaxing with a show in the evening. I would suggest bringing a fan if you like the circulating air!”

“When reading the online description of this property, it is listed as a "Luxury Home." I'm not sure what they or VRBO constitute as "luxury" but this was not luxury in my experience. Don't get me wrong. It was fine. It is decorated circa 1980. It was clean and the amenities were adequate and comfortable. However, do not rent this expecting some sort of Beverly Hills experience.”
