“The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. “The hotel itself was very nice. A lot to do in and out the hotel. Room had a good view. I won’t nitpick only gonna mention the relevant dislikes. No room service/housekeeping. Check in process was strange and invasive. We found roaches in the bathroom and crawling on the wall by our bed. I have multiple pictures. Utensils and cooking ware came with a little bit of a smell as well.”

“The motel was more modern than most wildwood motels. Overall, very clean and the maid service was friendly. However, the room smelled like mold. There were dryer sheets hanging from the vents. Lastly, the hotel manager was grumpy. I hate to write anything negative about people because I am also in customer service and try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But in the 5 days we were there, she was grumpy all those days!”

“Brigantine beach is a very nice area, just a few minutes north of Atlantic City, and the hotel is located just next to the long and beautiful beach. The hotel is in desperate need for renovation but it was clean as far as the old and worn facilities allowed. No housekeeping services are included but the room had a small kitchen so we could cook our own food (there's a large ACME a few minutes away and a local grocery store 2 mins walk away). Since it was prepaid we had to use three hours over phone explaining this to hotels.com before they were convinced and provided us a similar hotel.”

“The bed was nice and cozy. The furnishing were on the cheap side. It felt like doll house furnishings. The most egregious part of the room were the cords that ran across the room to connect various items to an outlet.”
