“The villa was great. The bed in the main bedroom should be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. “This property is very beautiful and so comfortable to stay at. Only thing I have to say and maybe it my fault and didn’t read the entire description but there is no elevator for the handicapped. We were in the second floor. It turned out to be quite the cardio work out for I have a leg that doesn’t work all that great. But all in all it was a very good stay.”

“Our overall stay was pretty good. The location is okay. You can walk to food and coffee but it is at least a 10 minute walk. I’d recommend taking bikes if you have them. Beach was quiet and relaxing. Room was overall very clean. Only bad comments would be that we could not get the TV to work for anything. That sucked because we didn’t have any way to watch anything expect on our phones. Also, no WiFi. Also, there was no hang soap in our dispenser so just small things that go a long way.”

“Property manager has considered everything needed for you and family/friends to settle in, and get the Surf City/Top Sail Island experience done right! Clean, tons of TVs, reliable wifi, just accommodating for ALL ages. Plenty of space for multiple families, or kids/adults to spread out. Great balance of indoor/outdoor hang out space. You will need to bring your own amenities (soaps, shampoo's, toilet paper wouldn't hurt, trash bags, charcoal, matches/lighters, and utensils for grill).
