“Very clean, very new. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. The only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to work the dryer. It wouldn’t stay on no matter what we did and management didn’t respond to our calls. Other than that, we were very pleased.”

“Property manager has considered everything needed for you and family/friends to settle in, and get the Surf City/Top Sail Island experience done right! Clean, tons of TVs, reliable wifi, just accommodating for ALL ages. Plenty of space for multiple families, or kids/adults to spread out. Great balance of indoor/outdoor hang out space. And by the way, there's a beach about 100 yards away :). We will absolutely be back, and so grateful we found this property!”

“Fantastic stay from start to finish. Brinnan was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Home location is convenient with beautiful ocean views from back deck and top level. Queens Grant neighborhood is delighful and matched the "treat yourself" vibe of the property. “Our overall stay was pretty good. The location is okay. You can walk to food and coffee but it is at least a 10 minute walk. I’d recommend taking bikes if you have them. Beach was quiet and relaxing. Room was overall very clean. Only bad comments would be that we could not get the TV to work for anything. That sucked because we didn’t have any way to watch anything expect on our phones. Also, no WiFi. Also, there was no hang soap in our dispenser so just small things that go a long way.”

“This condo was immaculately cleaned and had a million dollar view. It was even better than I ever expected! I loved the huge windows in the living room and king bedrooms. The tall chairs with cup holders on the balcony were perfect. The only surprise was that sometimes high tide takes away the entire beach! We did find a beach that was accessible at all times if you continue to drive north past the condo. It’s right there at the 4x4 trail. We got in late and ate at the pirate bar and grill right...

“This property is very beautiful and so comfortable to stay at. Only thing I have to say and maybe it my fault and didn’t read the entire description but there is no elevator for the handicapped. We were in the second floor. It turned out to be quite the cardio work out for I have a leg that doesn’t work all that great. But all in all it was a very good stay.”
