This was our first trip to the area and this house is in a great location for getting around Fayetteville and also easy access to Bentonville (assuming you have a car). “This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area!”

“The staff were great. They called ahead to communicate how to check in since they have some construction going on. We loved our room. Lots of space and everything you need for a week away. The pool is nice and the water slide is always fun. We enjoyed the s’mores poolside also. The escape room was a great way to spend an afternoon. The activities staff were helpful and friendly.”

“It was ok the king mattress was not comfortable at all the bedding wasn’t good either. The bathroom upstairs our cottage needed a new show/tub update but other then that everything else was good nice neighbor hood houses very clean”
