“Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit...

“We stayed at this same house last year and loved it. It’s the perfect amount of house for our five young kids. Only minor complaint is the bed in the bedroom to the right felt like it lost support in the middle. My wife and I were rolling into the middle of the mattress. It’s only one house away from the pool which has a fantastic view and large shallow area for kids to play.”

“Needed a quiet, comfortable, clean place to stay while traveling on the road. Am a very light sleeper and usually have difficulty sleeping in a new place. I put one of the owner's box fans next to my bed and slept very soundly and awoke refreshed and ready to get back on the road!”

“Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night!”

“The staff were great. They called ahead to communicate how to check in since they have some construction going on. We loved our room. Lots of space and everything you need for a week away. The pool is nice and the water slide is always fun. We enjoyed the s’mores poolside also. The escape room was a great way to spend an afternoon. The activities staff were helpful and friendly.”

“It was ok the king mattress was not comfortable at all the bedding wasn’t good either. The bathroom upstairs our cottage needed a new show/tub update but other then that everything else was good nice neighbor hood houses very clean”
