“Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. We actually downsized from a week with all of our family and grandkids the previous week, as we did not require a lot of extra room. We appreciated the accommodations made for check-in. This place is convenient to the beach and various cafes, eateries and watering holes. Very relaxing stay. One should note that this is one of two side by side units and not a single.”

“We loved our stay here. It’s close to the beach and near great places to eat. It’s also near other attractions such as Clearwater Aquarium. Check-in was a simple self-service, and the property manager was very responsive. Great place!”

“Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Bed very comfortable but bathroom needed a table or somewhere to put things other than the floor. Remote for heat pump needed battery, we had to manually push button on unit to get it started. Chairs and umbrella big help. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. “I chose this condo for a 3 night girls get away. The location to the beach was wonderful. We loved that we could all have our own bed and that there were 2 full bathrooms. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and wagon. Everything was very clean and the condo had an adorable courtyard with pool. Great location. Had an adorable coffee shop right down the street and many good restaurants. Our favorite was Burrito Social. Appreciate how communicative the owner was.”

“In the middle of active communities to the north and south. Must travel to participate however bus is a option. Quite relaxing location. Very convenient Ocean beach access. The bay access is really of no benefit the water is really murky and weedy Grill for unit A is located on Unit B deck. Very uncomfortable location for common access. Great private property and muck better than dealing with Condo elevators.”

“The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the temperature was good.”

“The house was perfect for our large group for spring break. There was so much space to spread out. The game room was a huge hit for the kids. The pool and hot tub were great! With just a short drive to the beach, the location was perfect. The yard was huge and offered everything from hammocking, to basketball/baseball, and campfires! Down the road, there is a park that was wonderful for walks and skateboarding! Both hosts were excellent at communication, answering all of our questions...

“We really enjoyed the property and how close it is to the beach and all of the bars and restaurants. Our only issue was the upstairs guests were up all hours of the night and not courteous of the other guests and made it very difficult to get any sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

The only problem we had was navigating steps to get in the house and stepping into the shower because my dad uses a walker. “5 families with 17 year old boys in Clearwater for Spring Break baseball trip - had an amazing week. Plenty of room for all parents to have their own room Basement was perfect for the boys with bedroom with two queens their own bathroom game room and tv room Pool and view of the canal was amazing - we even had a dolphin visit us one morning House was very very clean - great location to walk into Indian Rocks beach And golf cart was an added treat! Would give it nothing less than 5⭐️”

“Very nice apartment hotel by the water. We was just there for one night so we didn´t use the kitchen that much but for a longer stay I would say it would be very efficient for cooking. The breakfast was hand out because of covid but you got a big variety and you could sit outside by the water which was awesome. Friendly staff and nice clean and fully functional hotel.”
