  • Beach villa , new appliances . Huge rooftop deck with sun, palm trees and parrots surrounding you.
    Iconic restaurants (Salt Rock Grill) and lounges including a great cofee/bakery shop and the famous Mahuffers bar are just steps away. Seaside Seabird Sanctuary(on the beach),pickle ball courts and Smugglars Cove Adventure Golf (feed live alligators) are all within walking distance. The beach is across the street and you can catch a trolley right out front . With Clearwater Beach to the north and Saint Pete Beach to the south you are right in the center of unlimited beaches and restaurants
    The back yard has a large deck and is surrounded with palm trees, Brazillian pepper trees and mangroves. A great place to relax or grill.

Absolutely awesome place to stay! Nothing beats that rooftop patio! So many beach accessories from chairs, umbrellas,coolers,toys, a cart! It was the perfect place to come back and chill after the beach and sunsets!

Our family of four had such an amazing time while staying here! Everything you need and so much more. Gregg was an amazing host and we would love to come back. Very close walk to the uncrowded beach and lots of dining options around as well.

So nice, close to the beach, close to the coolest dive bar ever. Also just a great location. If you want real close public access to the beach look no further. Never had to find a parking spot and Greg had a wagon and chairs and umbrella, everything you could ask for to hang at the beach. We will be back very soon and did I mention the outside shower to wash the sand or the awesome deck upstairs to watch the moon or just relax in the evening??!! Love this place and this spot

Absolutely an amazing house to stay in. We had the best time and made a lot of memories. The rooftop patio was awesome! Definitely recommend staying here. 5 minute walk to the beach. The host is the nicest! It is family friendly. There is also a nature walking trail near by, we walked to it and saw some dolphins and manatees. 10/10

Great long weekend stay. A close walk to the beach with a great coffee shop on the way. The roof top deck was fantastic and we enjoyed listening to the music from Mahuffers. The trolly stop is close and made it easy to get to Clearwater and John’s Pass.

We loved this fabulous house! It was so stocked with everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect, quiet roads, but close to the beach, the trolley stop, the bar and the great coffee shop. We were so grateful for the use of the beach items and our granddaughter built a really cool sandcastle! We spent lots of time on the deck upstairs at night, it was our favorite spot to relax after the busy day. Glad we got to meet you, Gregg, and we will definitely be back!

This beach house is a great find. The beach is a short walk away as are several good restaurants. Our host was very attentive and responsive to our questions. He made our stay the best it could be. We would happily return another year.

Gregg was great! Our stay was beyond what we asked for! Walk to the beach was short and easy to get to. It felt like a real vacation for us with our 3 little ones. We will definitely be back! He recommended the coffee shop right by the villa. Our kids loved their mango smoothie.

We enjoyed our stay at Gregg’s house. He had lots of beach equipment that was perfect for using and spending the whole day at the beach. The location was very convenient to walking to the beach with a stop at Indian Shores coffee shop on the way. We loved all the quirky beach themed decor in the house. The rooftop lounge area was great for chilling in the evening when we were wore out from the beach. We met Gregg and he stopped in to congratulate us on our wedding. He was very friendly and truly cared that we had a good stay in his house. We would definitely stay again.
