“We had a wonderful 12 days at Villa Balmoral, Sharon and David,who were caretakers while Fraser and Louis were back in the UK , went out of there way to help us during our stay and told us where best places were to eat, visit etc and they were spot on , would definitely recommend hiring a car to see the beautiful views that this corner of Cyprus has to offer We had a brilliant holiday so thanks to all involved with Villa Balmoral”

“Not modern building but we like location and big swimming pool and location is quiet. Recommended to have hire car to drive around Peyia , Coral Bay and Pafos. We do not watch TV , English TV channels do not have subtitles for deaf. Peyia fish and chips shop is the best takeaway food.”

“The villa was perfect for our fifth visit to Cyprus. The location is great, lovely and peaceful yet close to the beach, town, shops and everything you need. Stayed here for 29 nights and kitchen had all utensils and dishes required for preparing a meal if you wanted to rather than always eating out. “Delightful well-equipped villa with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and sea. Many places to eat within a short distance by car. Martin and Jules were on hand to give advice if needed but all the information we required was in the information pack so could just relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming pool. “An amazing stay in a wonderful villa. Everything was as described and Jon the villa manager was extremely useful and supportive, a knowledge of everything in the area. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Plenty of room for all. Extremely clean. Fun games room and a wonderful pool and bbq area. The villa is very remote so knowledge of the area is useful however we managed as Cyprus first timers (thank god for Google maps).”
