“We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...

“This beautiful, open floor plan space is conveniently located within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The space is well decorated and stocked. The bathroom is huge with a luxury shower. The balcony overlooks a main street , great for night life. There is great security for the building and designated parking area. This is a great find!”

“The listing says its is a 2nd floor property it is not the unit is on the bottom floor so this made check in very confusing as the code to get in the unit was the same as the 2nd floor unit. Also the floors are paper thin we could hear every move upstairs.”

“We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Pensacola. The location was nice and central to anywhere we wanted to drive to, and the place itself was clean, comfortable, and came with pots and pans to cook with. Great find and would recommend, especially for the price point. Didn't give full stars on everything. Pictures didn't show elevated notches and change in floor elevations which were a tripping hazard if you forgot they were there. The entrance to the unit was through a side door,...

“This was the perfect place to stay, as every little detail was covered! From kpods and coffee creamer to a toothbrush and shaving cream in case you forgot. She even welcomed us with wine, snacks and a sweet note. The bedroom has a “charging station” with chargers for any type cell phone. Very clean and nicely decorated too!”

“Truly an amazing property for the price- only rated 4 stars bc of the insane amount of bugs and the roaches we had to hunt down inside, but as can be expected in Florida. Cutest little space, perfect for 2, had a fully equipo kitchen and even provided oil and spices for cooking plus coffee and tea! Owner was super communicative, great location, perfect to see any beach we wanted in the area”

“A perfect place to stay with four friends. The outside porch with the hammocks had to be our favorite part. Beds were comfortable and so was the couch, with extra blankets if we got cold. The kitchen had everything we needed and home was very “aesthetic.” I would say it’s not the nicest area of town but we had no one bother us nor felt unsafe to be 4 girls staying there. Overall would definitely stay here again and would recommend!”

“This property is close to multiple restaurants and bars. It's a second story loft with a balcony that overlooks a main street. The night life runs till late at night. This property has amazing space, lots of room (and beds) for a large family gathering.”

“This space was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe even at night by myself. The suite is very spacious, with a nice sized bathroom and comfy bed. The location is great too, being between downtown and the beach makes everything very easy to get to.”

“This was one of the best vacations my family and I have every been on. The private beach was amazing and my pup loved to dig in the sand too! We had a great time catching fish and crab off the dock, seeing the blue angels and also enjoying the beach just a few miles down the road. We can't wait to go back!”
