“We came down for our honeymoon. This place was amazing the view is breathtaking. We could sit in the bedroom, in the living room or on the balcony and still have an unobstructed view. We saw manatee, dolphins, and stingrays every day. If you are thinking about booking this place DO IT, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Mycket stor och fin lägenhet i Bayview tower, vi var 5 personer. Välskött och rent. Den lilla stranden är väldigt fin, men tyvärr är havet inte så inbjudande för bad just här (mer som en insjö). Vid flera tillfällen simmade delfiner förbi, mysigt.. ”

“We booked last minute for a beach getaway on our anniversary. The unit is a little dated but very clean and well kept. It is right on the beach but the unit faces the street. There is a small porch on the side with a beach view. The location is great and only a short walk to Stump Pass Beach State Park. Overall we had a great stay here.”

“We wanted a relaxing week at the beach and we got just that. We loved the location and the condo. There were plenty of restaurants within a few miles and we found three seafood restaurants that we liked. We liked the Fort Myers area. It has recovered from the hurricane damage. The condos and hotels not yet open look like they are nearly finished with renovations. We look forward to returning for another beach vacation.”

“This is not a unit I would rent again. It desperately needs new flooring. We had to wear our shoes inside because the carpets were very old and dirty. The dishwasher was left full of dishes from the previous stay. There was a used bar of soap left in the master shower.”

“We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We vacationed with our two adult children, one who just graduated from college, so it may be one of the last vacations with just the 4 of us. “This property was even better than the description. Fred was so accommodating with checking in and any questions we had throughout our stay. The place was very clean and so nicely stocked with anything you would need. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The pools were nice. There was no aggravating clean up to do prior to checking out. Would definitely return next time we are in the area!”
