Beach Side of West Gulf Drive, privat strand, vackra solnedgångar!

Njut av din Sanibel semester på avkopplande och tyst Breakers West komplex i en enhet som har sett många uppgraderingar under det senaste året. Detta är en mycket rymlig enhet med 1150 kvm för dig att koppla av. Anläggningen har en mycket privat känsla med endast 18 enheter i byggnaden. Det ligger (stranden) på golfen sidan av West Gulf Drive, i en lugn och avkopplande del av ön ... men är i omedelbar närhet till alla shopping, restauranger och aktiviteter. Att vara på den västra sidan av ön, kommer du att ha tillgång till den privata strandområde att ta i hisnande solnedgångar och ha kul på stranden.

De senaste uppgraderingar inkluderar 2 nya soffor (en sovande), Lanai möbler och takfläkt, ny king size säng i sovrummet, underhållning enhet, kaffe / slutet tabeller, dining set. Plantation fönsterluckor har också installerats liksom nya mattor i sovrummen och keramiska plattor i hela.

Fastigheten ligger inbäddat bland ståtliga palmer, och har en uppvärmd pool, BBQ grill, shuffleboard domstolar, tillgång till cyklar och en takterrass med en vacker utsikt. Island verksamhet omfattar fiske, bad. beskjutningen och surfing. Sanibel Island erbjuder cykelvägar, en Wildlife Refuge, golf och tennis klubbar, och restauranger och shopping på underbara butiker och restauranger. Att vara ett slut enhet, har B1 extra fönster tillåter massor av extra solljus!

Vårt unika läge på Sanibel Island kan du titta på solnedgången från stranden, en perfekt avslutning på en rolig dag och början på en stor kväll.

Enhet B1 är en andra våningen slutet enhet med tillgång till hiss. Det ligger 100 kilometer från stranden och har en fullt skärmad Lanai med utsikt över oklanderligt preparerade gården och privat pool. En parkeringsplats ingår i hyran.

This was a wonderful condo for our Sanibel vacation. The location was excellent, the condo itself was lovely- clean and very updated. Kitchen was great, we cooked meals at home, the grill was easy to use. The beach was beautiful, we enjoyed sunrise shelling! Dusk was the only time the no-see-ums were out so we just wore long shirts and pants and it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We rented bikes from Finnmores and biked all over the island - the refuge was the highlight! Doc Fords was our favorite meal. The Shell museum is not to be missed!!! Birding was excellent. Would highly recommend this condo for your adventure!

We enjoyed our stay at Jill and Lance’s place. It was clean, and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Jill is very responsive and provided us with good recommendations. Would stay there again.

Just right

Breakers West was a very pleasant property. Just a short walk to the quietest beach I’ve ever experienced. Two things to note: 1. Shower products are not provided, be sure to bring your own shampoo/body wash. 2. The balcony is really nice and there’s a citronella candle on the table to help keep the VERY PERSISTENT noseeums away BUT, there is no lighter to light the candle - maybe it’s just for show but I think it would’ve been a lot nicer out there in the evenings if we’d been able to light the candle. In summery, neither of these issues are deal-breakers when it comes to choosing this lovely property. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved the accommodation's. It was gorgeous! There was ample items for the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys, gadgets), the kitchen is well stocked with large pots and pans, I guess the only negative thing I can say is it was a little warm in the condo, but we are used to having a cooler home. They did have fans that you could use so we put those to use. A little tip- bring no seeum spray- the whole island has them.

Condo was nicely decorated. Short walk to beach. Central location. Air conditioning struggled to cool condo. Box fans available and used. Beds are very high. If elderly or any hip issues you may struggle to get in and out.

Gorgeous!!

Short walk to beach! Unit very clean with sweet touches from the host/cleaning staff. Only thing we didn’t like was unscheduled bug man trying to access our room without our knowledge. Notified host and was assured it wouldn’t happen again. Would definitely stay again!!!! Loved our place and our vacation !!!

Great beach getaway!

The property was great, it had everything that we needed and was so close to the beach. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and not have to drive. The pool water temperature and the pool noodles made for the perfect afternoon! The sea shells on the beach were unbelievable. It was a wonderful winter getaway, thank you!

Winter Escape

We enjoyed our weekend in Sanibel! The unit was clean, well appointed, and close to restaurants, Ding Darling, and a very short walk to a beautiful beach with so many beautiful sea shells. We hope to return soon!

This property is located a very short walk from the most amazing shell finding beach. Many of the surrounding properties are still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but other than the non working elevator, this property is in excellent condition. We had a wonderful time!

Sanibel getaway

This condo was one of the few available on the beach side of Gulf Drive after the hurricane 2 years ago, so we were thrilled to get to stay there! The condo itself is close to the main road and does not have a beach view but it has access to a beautiful uncrowded beach. The condo is well-decorated and has everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. We especially appreciated the pool and two adult bikes that were in good shape. We rode to the beach accesses, the farmers market, Tarpon Bay and the Bean. Some of our favorite restaurants are up and running. We have never seen so many shells on the beach! Sanibel has yet to recover in terms of natural beauty but we enjoyed being there!

Hurricane Milton

We love Sanibel, but do not love hurricanes! Unfortunately, neither VRBO nor the property owner have any control over the weather! The condo was lovely, beautifully decorated, very well stocked, great location. We do plan to come back (NOT in hurricane season) and hope we will be able to stay in this condo again under better circumstances.

Very Clean, Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay here! B1 unit is right by one of the parking areas and the pool. The condo was VERY clean. The building is one of the nicest in the area. Sadly, many of the condominiums on this road have not reopened since the hurricane. They are still being reconstructed, but we did not notice any disruptive noise. Because of that, you basically have a mile of beach to yourself. We didn’t encounter more than ten people on any day we were there. If you love shelling, the private condo beach has a lot! I found some very unique ones to add to the collection. Features Tv has cable channels Can cast to the tv to watch something from your own streaming service Things we wish we knew Bring bug spray specifically for noseeums or wear long sleeves and pants outside the condo and at the condo beach in the mornings and pretty much any time after four. We did not know what they were before going down and got attacked at the beach our first day there (it was about 4:30-5:30pm). I don’t know if they are as bad at every beach on the island, but we figure it was bad her because of all of the shell piles.

Weekend getaway

The property was as described. Very clean, beds are very comfortable. The beach was lovely, a bit dicey getting in and out of the water. Tons of shells You will need water shoes and no see um spray!
