“Great location and comfortable beds”

“Stayed for a few days while visiting family. The place was spotless and comfortable. Tina was very responsive to questions I had. When I arrived I noticed there was not a drip coffee maker. There was a keurig, a kettle and also a french press which given that I like ground coffee would work fine. After mentioning this to Tina, the next day a new drip coffee maker arrived. Would rent again”

“We were a group of 8 adults in Rockport to attend my sons wedding. The house was very spacious and we all enjoyed our stay here. If we are ever in town again we would definitely try to stay here again. The location was great.”

“Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. “The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc”

“Loved this place. Great location and it was a very quiet space (though I did go and off-season at the beginning of May). Stove and microwave took some getting used to, and I didn’t use the oven, but the kitchen was great. It’s a small space, and the loft is open to the living area so it’s best for a couple that goes to bed at the same time or someone traveling solo. Wish they had a fire pit, but the space was great.”

“The furniture was comfortable and it is a pretty space but there were power tools left on the coffee table, a random pretzel on one of the bedroom doorways, and there were ants. There isn’t a dishwasher, so you’re relying on the cleanliness of the last guest to hand wash the dishes they used. Needless to say, dishes were grimy and needed to be rewashed before being used. The water pressure in the shower is really poor. The listing said there was one parking spot, but we couldn’t locate it and...

“Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street.”
