Set right on the river and located within walking distance of the beach, the Plum Island National Wildlife Reservation, and a handful of quaint shops and eateries, this two-story, four-bedroom home is ready to welcome you and your group to historic Essex County. Venture out a bit to discover several other local attractions including the Plum Island Lighthouse, Waterfront Park, downtown Newburyport, and the Turner Hill Golf Club, all within 20 miles of your front door.

While river views and water activities await nearby, you'll also find plenty of accessories and fun right at home including an extensive collection of books, a smart TV for streaming all your favorite channels, a DVD player and media library, a piano, board games, and even a pair of binoculars for the birders in your group. With an array of updated appliances, stock up the fridge and easily prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. Dine indoors or head out to your furnished deck for the perfect alfresco experience.

For sleeping options, choose from your comfortable bedrooms, two of which include skylights as well as air-conditioning units for your comfort. This home also features a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip!

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
