“We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Home was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was so beautiful, hot tub was great for after run soaks or starlight wind downs. We grilled, loved the well stocked kitchen, had glorious family meals inside and out. Four bedrooms, two which had en suite baths, with a shared bath for the kids room and third queen bedroom was so convenient for our extended family group. And the linens and towels included was a great bonus since many Cape houses...

“Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv...

“Peaceful and well kept property- clean bright serviceable. Had every amenity. The kitchen was completely stocked. It was veery clean. The road was a little busy but the air conditioning was great. The back yard was huge and beautiful. Toilets were toddler sized ( I am plus sized so there was that). Convenient location. Mattress in first floor could be updated ( service dog got off it immediately). Upstairs was comfortable. Price was right!!”
