We had a lovely stay at 1101 Sailors Tea Time — it’s a charming spot with a lot of personality in a truly unbeatable location. Tucked right in the heart of Provincetown, it’s just a short walk to all the shops, galleries, and restaurants, but still feels peaceful and private. The outdoor patio is especially lovely — a great little haven with beautiful landscaping and plenty of space to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.Inside, the home has a lot of character, though the layout is a bit quirky in places. The kitchen, while functional, is arranged a bit awkwardly, which made cooking together a little challenging. The living room, while cozy, isn’t especially comfortable for four adults to hang out in for any length of time — seating is limited and not ideal for relaxing together. It’s also worth noting that while the listing describes it as a 3-bedroom home, the third bedroom is very small — more of a bonus room, really — and would be best suited for a single guest or a child. The downstairs bathroom is also uber small and a bit awkward to use, especially for taller folks or those who need a little more room to move around. That said, we truly enjoyed our time at Sailors Tea Time. The location and outdoor space are real standouts, and the house has a warmth and personality that make it a sweet spot for a Provincetown getaway. With a few thoughtful updates, it could be even better. Thanks again for a lovely
