The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. “We loved staying in Bryan's house on the beach. We really enjoyed the access to the beach and taking long walks in the morning. It was also a great launching pad to go and explore the beautiful area. Bryan is a great guy and very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go. “We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. The place was clean and we had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico.”

Pros - house and pool cleaned regularly Jorge responded quickly when request were made Gated community made us feel safe and secure Cons - very noisy especially at night - initially thought it was just for the New Year but it remained noisy the entire month of January (we got used to the noise so it wasn’t too bad but for sure do not expect quiet nights.)”

The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!”
