“Overall lovely place to stay in Peurto Rico! Felt safe. Beautiful views. Loved proximity to Rainforest, beach/ocean and pools. Tripped on a piece of cement walkway on way from pool area to beach (sections of concrete were not level to each other) and thankfully was not hurt badly, but was sore for a day. The staff were always helpful, attentive and pleasant! Our room was lovely but had a musty smell, likely due to the high humidity? ”

“This property is old, and there is nothing that can be done about that, except a multi million dollar renovation. That being said, the customers service was excellent and the location is also great! We were skeptical when we first arrived, but it grew on us and definitely won us over by the time we left. ”

“Very clean rooms. Entertainment areas at a walkable distance from the rooms. Hotel is like 5 minutes from shooping mall (Plaza del Caribe). Parking area should have transport to the Hotel (Even in a golf cart) but a little walk might be helpful. Overall great experience. Impressed with room cleanliness.”

“Rekommenderar inte detta hotell. Dyrt med massa extra avgifter för rummet, solstolar på stranden, drinkarna i baren var dubbelt så dyra som i Sverige. Incheckningen tog flera timmar över lovad tid. Kläderna luktade mögel när vi kom hem.”
