"Personal care was taken by the staff so we feel good and have a wonderful stay. Twinkle one of the lady working there made a special welcome for my son visiting India the first time. One more lady at the reception don’t the name made sure we had all we needed during check in n check out and even offered masala tea complimentary in the morning. It felt as we were home awesome fantastic people working at this property "

"This is by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entrance and the building in themselves are impressive. The room is absolutely gorgeous and have a real feel of luxury. What I was most impressed by was the service. I asked them if they could help me book a train ticket for the next morning and within 5 minutes the concierge were working on it. He made sure to get me exactly what I wanted and needed. Everyone in the staff greets you when you pass by and they make sure to make you feel like a star. Room service was excellent as well. They were so kind and made sure to carry my bags when I looked overwhelmed and were just so very respectful. "
