“Incredible stay! This was our 4th time staying in the Hacienda de Mita community and the unit / service was without question the best stay we’ve had. Uriel & Mina were amazing (Mina’s cooking was incredible!), and the unit + 6 seater golf cart made getting around so easy. We HIGHLY recommend this unit and will definitely be back.”

“This was a wonderful condo, right on the beach and with all the amenities. Our group of friends was very comfortable here for 6 nights. Ideal location, great pool and beach access, plenty of shops, restaurants and Uber drivers close by. Easy to pop into PV or go up the coast to San Pancho or Sayulita. We shopped and cooked a lot, but also availed ourselves of taco stands on the “upper east side” and great restaurants. “Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! “Great building/ Property, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We had great weather, talking to the regulars we found great places to eat, both inexpensive to very expensive. We had a dinner cooked for us that was wonderful. There was a lot of large rocks washed up on the beach that the locals said will be gone by June. Our dryer was broken when we arrived but fixed the last day we were there. We cant wait to go back.”

“The whole Property was spacious/clean/ and felt very safe. The condo itself was also just that. The view is exactly as shown! Panoramic ocean view. The beach was easy to get too… but there’s also the pool right at your complex.:: I had several questions to property management that were replied to quickly!! You are a short walk to the town square/ restaurants/ and stores.”

“This accommodation is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The condo is incredible and the staff that work in the building are amazing as well. We ran into an issue in the building at no fault of the host but he was so helpful and communicated constantly with updates to assure our stay was good. Josh sent us a list of incredible local businesses such as restaurants and car rentals that they use and we loved every single one of the recommdations. I will 100% book with Josh again.”

“This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further...

“We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great...

“The area in the immediate vicinity has some “temporary” issues that are beyond control of the property owner/manager, but definitely worth considering. There is a major street construction project underway that makes walking directly to the “restaurant row” sketchy. We had no problems, but if one has ambulatory issues s/he will have to consider taking a longer route. The beach in front of the unit is very rocky and has virtually no soft sand to speak of. “Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street.
