“Property was immaculate. Beautiful and spotless. The house managers went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. Our group was 12 adults and 6 children ages ranging from 6months to 80 years. And this property was accommodating for everyone. We had to keep an eye on the little ones around the stairs but otherwise the pool and multiple gathering spaces were perfect with an amazing ocean view. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. “Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids.
