“This was our second visit to Savannah and we were very pleased with the apt!! Our only comment would be that we would like more light at night- the bulbs were dim and the 3 way bulbs had only on setting that worked. Small issue!!!!!! It was great and we look forward to coming back next year!”

There are however some maintenance issues needing attention- the hole in the outside roof gutter (by the bins) causes water to splash over the floor. When washing m/c is operating the water pressure to the shower is greatly affected.”

“My daughter and I were very happy with our stay at the Parlor Apartment on Abercorn. It met all our needs - location was great - parking available behind apartment was a plus. The only complaint was the condition of the sofa bed. When opened the mattress frame tilted downward at one end and the mattress was very lumpy. It was very uncomfortable sleeping for one person - would never sleep 2! Apartment was very clean and quiet too!”

Our beginning inside the apartment had 2 initial issues: 1) hot water takes a LONG time to get kitchen faucet (which is piped backwards) and bathroom faucet unless tub hot water faucet is run for a period. 2) SAFETY ISSUE: the bath tub floor is “extremely” slippery and hence dangerous. 3) For an apartment that can house 4 people the number of glasses/cups and bowls are not adequate. 4) The tv/electronics need an explanation of use (Jose saved us by...

“This is a great place! It is a private carriage house with an enclosed courtyard which is shared with the owner's main house. We were originally booked to stay for 10 days but extended it to two weeks because we were having such a lovely trip.
