    Gå in i det gemensamma gårdsplanet utanför Houston Street för att få tillgång till din hyra och upp en kort trappa. När du går in på gården kan du bli hälsad av grannarnas vänliga pup - Verkligen en "husdjursvänlig" egendom!

    Ligger på övervåningen, kommer du in i släphuset, in i köket med alla moderna bekvämligheter du kan önska dig. En fullstor spis, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin har alla varit bekvämt placerade. Köket öppnar upp till vardagsrummet, som skryter med naturligt ljus på en solig Savannah Day! En stor soffa ligger mittemot den stora Smart TV. Också beläget i vardagsrummet hittar du ett litet bord för två, som också kan användas som arbetsyta.

    Semi-privat till vardagsrummet, det finns en uppdelning mellan rum som övergår till sovrummet, där du kan vila lätt i en queen size-säng. Ett fullstort badrum, med en stor fåfänga, duschkabin och en stapelbar tvättmaskin + torktumlare, ligger strax utanför sovrummet!

    Även om alla Savannah torg var ursprungligen inhägnad, Crawford Square är den enda som behåller en del av sitt ursprungliga staket. Torget sitter i en avdelning med samma namn och lades 1841 längs Houston Street, på östra sidan av staden. Torget namngavs för William Harris Crawford, Georgiens senator, minister till Frankrike, krigsminister och misslyckad presidentkandidat vid valet 1824. Great open space, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to all the city restaurants, museums, tours, etc. I brought my dog and there was a square across the street and a lot of other open spaces.

My in-laws loved this property and it’s location. It was a perfect gift to them for helping with the wedding, in addition to getting them away before the Christmas chaos. They came back renewed and refreshed and they truly loved their experience.

25th Anniversary Trip

Accommodations are perfect for two people, great location, and a bargain compared to hotel prices downtown. You can walk to almost anywhere in Historic Savannah. Parking was very easy, with a local parking app, and relatively inexpensive. Great choices for dining. Strongly recommend breakfast at Clarey's; lunch at Green Truck Pub, and dinner at The Public Kitchen & Bar.

Great place to stay to explore Savannah! Quiet neighborhood with a square right across the street that’s perfect for walking fur babies. It is within a short walking distance to many of Savannah’s must see attractions. The property itself was very clean and nicely stocked with the necessities. Photos and description of property are spot on. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great place to stay when visiting Savannah. I couldn't recommend the location or the space any more highly for two people. The hosts were nice (note that you're going to be staying in their back yard essentially, as the "Perch" was built over their garage, and that is aok.) They were very nice and easy to talk with. Note: the backyard is just as pictured, and it's lovely, but it's not a space you have all to yourself. It's their back yard and where you enter and exit. There is a also a camera in their back yard and the big wooden gate makes a loud noise when you enter and leave, so I felt a little bit like kids sneaking in and out trying to be quiet, but once you get used to that minor irritation, you really can't beat this perch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would, in fact, be disappointed if it were booked if we return. Nice hosts, lovely space, very comfortable bed! One thing we would have liked was an extra blanket. The bedding was very light and a clean blanket or even a throw would be a good addition for comfort. The management company-- Lucky Savannah-- is amazing! Super thorough and professional and helpful. They let you keep your luggage at their office after you check out or before check in, and like true Savannah hosts, offer adult beverages and sodas. We were very impressed with them.

Great 2 week stay!

This is a great place! It is a private carriage house with an enclosed courtyard which is shared with the owner's main house. We were originally booked to stay for 10 days but extended it to two weeks because we were having such a lovely trip. I worked remotely for 5 days which I would not recommend as it is an open concept so there is no place to be in quiet virtual meetings (no door to shut). As with all cities, be aware of your surroundings and I recommend not walking alone at night even when other people are around (even early night, 6 pm).

Perfect location

I was in Savannah for a work conference. The property is in an excellent location to walk to everything. I used Uber from the airport and walked to everything in Savannah. Within a short 15-minute walk of the property, you are on the historic River Street. My conference hotel was only 8 minutes away. The property appears recently renovated, clean, and well-kept. It was equipped with everything one might want in a kitchen including Kureig and standard coffee pot. Please stop and get yourself coffee fixings. They provide on pack of coffee, but the unit doesn't have sugar or any basic seasonings (salt or pepper). There are so many options for food nearby. I ate out for most meals. There is also a CVS within walking distance. You will slept well in the comfortable bed. There is a big bathroom with walk in shower. They even thought to include an umbrella. It's a great unit, and the rental staff was helpful with questions.

Not What We Hoped For

My husband and I planned this trip for our honeymoon and were rather disappointed with our stay. The pros of this location were strictly price and location. This stay was very close to River Street which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the carriage house left more to be desired. Upon arrival, you must pay for ALL parking in Savannah and hope you are tech savvy to use the app or meters. The gate codes were simple enough to enter but the gate itself was very heavy and difficult to push open. Once in our room we were greeted but dust bunnies littering the place from improper cleaning. The bed was rather uncomfortable and the sheets had sticky candy like spots in a few places. The bathroom space was roomy but the shower head was broken and tied up with a rope… Worst of all, the AC unit was configured to only go down to 70 degrees… in the Savannah HEAT… anddddd someone kept turning it back up to 74 while we were gone or sleeping. Finally, ALOT had changed in Savannah since our last visit years ago. The cleanliness of the city has gone way down and it no longer feels safe to walk around. We hate to say it but our honeymoon was a bust and we will NEVER be back to this historic town… much less recommend this rental to stay.

Great Getaway in Savannah

Our time at this property was wonderful. It is in a quieter section of Savannah, which we loved for our family. It felt safe and away from crowds. It is located right next to Crawford Square which is a lovely square, and an easy place for us to walk our dog. The square has a basketball court that our son loved - we bought him a basketball and he played out there twice a day. The studio was extremely clean and very nice. One thing we noticed was the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable for sitting on, probably from overuse of visitors; the cushions didn't really stay in place very well. The shower curtain was the only thing we noticed that didn't look overly clean. While it was fine and the shower is large enough it really is used as more of a barrier, it was definitely older with mildew stains like all shower curtains can get. The shower itself was spotless, as was all other parts of the suite. For our family of four plus the dog it worked well; sort of like an extra large hotel room with many more amenities including the kitchen area. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners on multiple occasions who live in the house in front of the suite, and they were very kind. They also gave us lots of information about Savannah and some pro tips, including favorite places to eat. We were also impressed with the attentiveness of Lucky Savannah, the property managers. They were easy to get ahold of at any time and were very friendly. Our family would stay here again in a heartbeat!
