“Stay was good. The only issue I got was…I talk to the front desk the first day I check in if I can extend 1 more day and keep the same room and he told me no issue whatsoever. I ask the front desk person specifically and he told me ask them the first in the morning before check out. The night before I came down and ask them to extend my stay and they told me the hotel are booked I was disappointed they should off let me know the first day I ask to go online and book it instead off saying wait...

“The hotel is great. Front staff were friendly and courteous. The room was big and very clean. Only thing is with 5 people it gets pretty muggy in there and the fan didnt seem to want to stay on. We couldnt get the room to cool down. The pool was good except it was very cold not heated. The area atound the hotel was nice easy walk to the light rail. Not much for food around the area. Overall great hotel with great breakfast”

“I did not like that I had to pay for parking after already paying a $400 deposit for a few days stay did not get deposit back because it paid for room service plus, I paid extra $69 it was not explained to me that I would out my deposit I would have paid a different way. “We went to Santa Clara to see Luke combs concert! This was a double surprise and blessing! This hotel when you walk in, gives you a sense or vibe of being somewhere, almost tropical, and secluded and very safe.. our room had double doors, and they literally face the freeway.
