“The condo was spacious and the kitchen very well supplied with lots of dinnerware, pans & spices etc. The overall living area was so comfortable and relaxing with a great beach theme but not overly done. It would be nice if the main shower head could be updated and to include a hand-held wand. We couldn't get enough of the views from almost every room of the condo. Absolutely beautiful!”

“The location of this condo is excellent. The trail down to the beautiful beach is right outside the condo. It’s an easy drive to town. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very dog friendly which we appreciate. It was in need of a couple of minor improvements, mostly in the bathrooms. There was a pretty strong smell of urine. “Every possible want was met. This was deluxe accommodations! It was cozy, modern, thoughtful. Brook is great at communication. The view was incredible, and the viewing alcove was awesome! We all want to come back!”

“We had a nice stay at this condo for 4 nights. Perfect size for our family of 4. (2 adults, kids aged 17 and 19). Very pleasant neighbors. Fully stocked kitchen and SUPER COMFY beds and bedding. We were thankful for the garage, it was perfect for storing our bikes. Just a note about the stairs that you must climb to the main living area of the condo…was fine for us but may not be suitable for everyone. We had a small issue with TV remotes (batteries dead) but manager rushed some right over....

When the shower in the main bedroom upstairs was turned on the shower head flew out of the fixture just missing me and spraying water all over the bathroom.There were a pair of men’s pants left hanging in the upstairs bathroom in the main bedroom. “Well equipped property with an amazing view of the mouth of the Rogue River. Perfect for 2 people. Be aware there is no direct beach access and you must drive to enjoy local beaches, but the view of river and wildlife(sea lions, eagles and osprey) make it a perfect get a away for a couple nights.”
