“Bra var frukostarna och middagarna, rummet, trevlig personal, hotellets läge, att kylskåp fanns, sängarna, duschen. Mindre bra var den starka lotion som fanns i badrummet, att personalen inte noterade när tvålen behövde fyllas på, dåligt städade lister och golv i rum och badrum, lyhört från rummet ut i korridoren där städarna ofta höll till, två crosstrainer i gymmet funkade inte bra, dyrt med safebox, dåliga hyrcyklar och ingen ordning på cyklarnas nycklar, glas och porslin kunde varit bättre...

“From Palma the taxi takes us approx 45 minutes to the hotel in Lluc. It’s located up in the mountain area with all that comes with it. It’s remote but has everything you want on a holiday. A medieval complex area, green forests, great value of dinners, pool area is great. But expect no beaches or tourist traps. ”
