"From the moment we stepped into the lobby and were told "We will take care of your luggage, your vacation begins now" we felt at home. If there's something that stands out with this hotel, it's the family feeling amongst the staff and the service level. There are smiles everywhere from the reception, to the breakfast and the restaurants. In every corner someone gives you a happy smile. The breakfast and restaurants are fantastic and there's great attention to allergies and intollerances which was much appreciated. The SPA offers fantastic heated pool, jacuzzi and there are multiple sauna's for your need. Maybe the only negative remark I have is there's room for cultural differences as many guests are from Germany and are completely naked in the sauna which might feel strange for some but seems fully normal for them. Overall the cleanliness of the spa is amazing. We tried a lot of food in the bistrot and everything was really good. Here as well, great attention to intolerances which felt safe. I really loved that the management and top responsible of the hotel were frequently seen with staff and in the restaurants, not only managing but also helping out with daily tasks like serving drinks and taking breakfast orders. We had our room upgraded which was fantastic and we will never forget our stay at this hotel. While being in family will give you everyday tasks, this is truly a great luxury hotel with a friendly atmosphere and a home away from home."

"I had an amazing stay at Grupotel The Princes & Spa in Mallorca! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff graciously allowed us to check in 3 hours early. Our sea-facing room was just as we booked, offering stunning views. The restaurant team was exceptional, making us feel like royalty every day. The variety of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and vegan options was impressive, and a special shoutout to Jonathan, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a sugar-free dessert every night due to my dietary needs—such a thoughtful touch! While most of our experience was fantastic, our last night was a bit uncomfortable due to an AC issue and external noise. However, this doesn't overshadow the wonderful hospitality we received throughout our stay. I truly appreciate the warm and attentive service, and I’d still highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Mallorca getaway!"
