“This property was trying but hallways were smoky and our room did not have hot running water. The safe and refrigerator did not work. The air conditioning did work and we were grateful for that. The breakfast was Indonesian which was ok, but would have liked a non sugary cereal and fruit juice.”

“I’m sorry I’m from the west where things are very different. The one small cafe in the lobby has no service and people chain smoking in it. Wanted to have a quick cocktail to watch sunset from rooftop and aside from beer which I just don’t like and soft drinks you have to buy an entire bottle of alcohol! I understand wine csn go bad but rum doesn’t! It’s a total Muslim thing. The lobby has a very rare red spotted ray in a bare tank with no space to move it’s horrific and how many divers come...

“i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks”

“Hotel is close to the airport and adequate for a layover or overnight but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Room was in rough condition with scratches all over the walls and for some reason the tv randomly turned on during the night. There was also loud music that could be heard in the room until late evening while I was trying to sleep. ”

“Located just behind a busy road, but away from the noise. Banks & small supermarket around the corner. Ramayana mall at 10 minutes walk. Evening time the main road fills up with food stalls. Markings in the hotel are for City View hotel, maybe they just changed name. Room clean and normal size, hot shower.”

“Had a room full of ants on the floor and lizard poop on the bedsheet so we asked for a change of room. No issues with that. Second room was better. We had to check out early the next day and during check in, we asked for breakfast boxes to take away and even double confirmed with the front office staff about that. Next day arrived and they forgot about our breakfast boxes. Not a biggie. Just disappointing. However for the price, couldnt complain much.”
