“This house is only one block from the sandy beach and you have a clear view of the waves from both the living room and master bedroom! The house was set up so nicely and very clean. The loft is so cute and we were able to use the garage for one vehicle. There was a grocery store just down the street and tons of places to dine. The entire area just gave us such a perfect beach vibe and we felt safe and relaxed the entire stay. Can't wait to stay here again”

“I enjoy comfort and convenience when I vacation. This was our very first Vrbo experience. We usually stay in hotels when traveling. I think I am a hotel person, not a Vrbo person. The host was wonderful! She is very quick to respond when you message her. This particular property I think just wasn’t for us. It has a cement floor. That’s probably great in the hot summer, but we stayed in the winter. I was cold the whole time. There is no heat, only A/C. Maybe that is typical of Southern...

“Our family loved it. 4 Kids. The sight of the ocean! Lots of windows to see ocean, door to the sand. 3 rooms for my kids and my husband and I. Love the 2 bathrooms. I like the safety with needing a key and password to get into area. It feel like a nice safe area but I liked the extra step. We plan to stay again. My family enjoyed our stay.”

“Was great. Very tight parking accommodations. It says I can fit 3 cars but I doubt that. There were 3 other properties 1 of which was another one of his townhouses linked in with ours. The other two were residents that has plenty of other cars taking up space. It was hard to find and I had to call because I couldn’t find it. The sink in the master bedroom does not work there is little to no water flow because the aerator was clogged. The keyless door entry was a big problem too. Had a few...

“The view is amazing. The building is safe and secure. 2 TV'S were not smart TV'S, and the other 2 TV'S The remotes did not work. Old and thin carpet, near the kitchen area staples are coming thru and will hurt your feet. No extra linens or towels, you would have to wash if you wanted clean sheets or towels. You have to drive 15min to Coronado for fine dining.”

It was so conveniently located to everything. Rosy was nice, friendly, had great communication with us, and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to visit again!”

“Fantastic location, responsive hosts, appreciate that it’s pet friendly for our senior dog. Pity the beaches don’t allow swimming, not the fault of the hosts, and the homeless situation seems to be getting worse.”
