Rosy Casita is the perfect spot to central and south San Diego attractions, eateries and bars.

Our studio is situated behind an iconic Craftsman home. Our casita is cozy, well stocked for couples, small families & individuals looking for a relaxing space after a day out or a conference.

No matter the reason for your visit, we’re sure to make it a comfortable one.

The studio is completely private with the exception of the shared carport and driveway.

Things to note
The studio is in the back of a multi-unit property. As part of the arrangement with the neighboring properties, the driveway and parking accommodations are shared. As a result, we kindly ask that you take into account their narrow dimensions when parking or maneuvering vehicles.

The narrow width of our parking accommodations may require some additional attention while driving in and out, therefore we highly suggest you bring a compact car. It's important to note that there might be limited space for turning around, so if you have any concerns about parking or access, please contact me for further guidance.

Also note that this building is comprised of 2 back-to-back studios. While each studio is private and has its own separate entrance, they share a common wall.

Our neighbors love their furry pups and they can be vocal when outside. Ear plugs are provided for your comfort if you need them.

Rest assured, I strive to make your stay as convenient as possible. I understand that the narrow dimensions might not be suitable for everyone, particularly if you have a larger vehicle or are not comfortable with tight parking situations. However, if you're willing to accommodate these items, this relaxing studio offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your visit.
