We got our code in plenty of time. The only thing is I wish we could have got in the room a little earlier as we arrived earlier than expected and had to just drive around to kill time.”

“We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up.”

“We really enjoyed our stay & the condo. Condo was nicely stocked for our 4 day stay. Communication with property manager was great. Walkable to many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Views are beautiful & steps to the beach. Condo provides chairs & beach wagon or there are chairs & umbrellas to rent for a very reasonable price already set up. We had a great stay & would definitely stay again!”

“We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and exactly what the two of us needed. As other reviews state the noise on the patio is something to know before going. The pool was perfect and quiet during the week. It was a great location about 30 minutes from anything you'd want to do! Ps: If you plan for a later arrival contact the property team for exacts on how to get to the parking area, we arrived late and could not locate it without calling the after hours number.”

“This is our second time staying in this particular condo at Edgewater! It’s my favorite condo because of the beautiful updates and “feel” you have while you’re staying there! It has the most gorgeous views of the beach and close to the elevator! The resort has two large pools and is a short walk to the beach (one of few condos with these amenities)!”

“This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at...
