Comfortable and Clean

Family of 4, with kids 9 and 12. This was a nice comfortable unit for the 4 of us. The beach was not crowded in front of the building even on July 4th week. We used the beach service chairs all week. Pool was clean and area kept nice by HOA. 4th floor unit made taking the stairs easy right down to the beach even though there is an elevator. Lots of good restaurants around and close to shopping and arcade. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Thanks!!

Everything was clean and in good shape.If I had one thing to recommend it would be to put a sign or something on patio door to alert to the large edge you have to step over,I felt like this was a tripping danger.Also we were not sure how to get more towels for the room.There were enough towels provided for one shower only for everyone,that doesn't work if you stay more than one day.But overall this was a very good place to stay.

Beautiful Beachfront condo

Great ocean view at this beachfront condo. It was convenient to shopping, grocery store, restaurants and just steps to the amazing beach. Very comfortable place to relax and well stocked with all we needed.No beach towels provided or laundry in the condo but we were told in advance and came prepared. Laundry available just outside the unit if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

The property was nice and in a great location. We enjoyed being close to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Also, Jesse (beach chairs and umbrellas) was very nice and helpful, as well. We will definitely be back for a stay.

Our favorite place to stay

We absolutely love Huntington by the sea and have stayed in several units and this is our favorite. Very clean, comfortable beds and equipped with everything we needed. We have family that live 5 min away and still choose to stay at this location because it’s so perfect

The online photos are very accurate! We wanted oceanfront and that’s what we got! The room we stayed in was very clean and well worth it. The online reservations were very easy and we got all the check in information by email! I highly recommend this VRBO property!

Liked the view Unit needs a thorough cleaning: floors were so dirty my feet were black after walking on them. Larger sofa was filthy and totally worn out. Watered down Softsoap NOT good and Dial soap- really! Beds in second bedroom kinda flimsy.

Beautiful View

First time in Miramar-it was a great beach-condo is huge and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need and more. Restaurant in walking distance. Private gated entry. Quiet evenings, comfy mattress. Cant wait to repeat a longer stay next year. Thanks Chris!!

Perfect for our family

This beautiful property was the perfect spot for my daughters' first trip to the beach. The balcony had beautiful views, we even saw a dolphin! They loved the pool and my husband and I loved the quick easy walk to the beach. The rooms were cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this place next time!

Great place

We had an awesome time. Loved the condo although it didn’t have a washer and dryer 
 I didn’t pay attention to the listing but the condo, view and location were worth it!!! We could have used the one on the floor but we opted to just enjoy our time!! You won’t be disappointed with the view or the condo!!

Great Stay!

We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up.
