“The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

“Everything was nice. Only thing i can say is the unit I stayed in was very pretty but the beds were not that comfortable. For the price i paid for the stay and the quality of the mattress was not great. Getting in was a headache had to call the 1800 number for help a lot of people were stuck at the gate because some issue on getting in.”

“The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com”

“We spent our spring break here. The condo was just across the street from a beautiful beach. Even though it was a big travel time we had no problem finding space at the beach for the whole family. Restaurants are great and in walking distance. Grocery is just a short drive away. Also within a short drive is a national park beach with plenty of natural beauty. A great spot to relax and refuel.”

"A very nice hotel with a nice pool area and private beach. It is located in the perfect spot of Pensacola Beach with probably the best beach in Florida within sight from the hotel entrance and close access to restaurants, bars and nightlife. The room had everything you will need and was in a good condition. "
