It was good. One thing I didn't like was that you could hear people outside of the room because of the walls being to thin. Had a trouble sleeping. The staff was helpful and kind.

Good service but poorly maintained
The check-in was easy but the condition of the hotel is very poor. External windows didn't lock, taps were leaky, and curtains were filthy.

Since there is no fan/ air-conditioner provided at my room, the only choice is to open the windows to let the fresh air in. But unfortunately,the smells of food from the adjacent kitchen and the mosquitoes enter the room.There is no hair dryer and glass in the room provided too.

It's in a great location with food and shops below, covered for rain as well. The room is large and with the cool climate, the really hot shower was a treat!

Overall it was pleasant. But staff service could be friendlier and more efficient. Would be good if you could provide fridge and there’s no kiblat direction in the room.

バス停　両替，　食事　　ツアー申し込み　すべて徒歩３分以内。　　ハイキングコースも数箇所あり、 朝　夕　　夜の散歩も可能。　長期滞在の日本人にも２組　会いました。　　我々は７０台夫婦、ハイ キンｸﾞは、ガイドがいると思って、今回は中止。山の支度はしていきました。　　３泊でしたが、 ゆっくり　できました。

Huge room and great location.
Booked a family room which has 2 separate rooms, a king size bed and twin beds. The main room has no fan and ventilation. Room was warm and stuffy. We had to open the balcony glass doors and the door that separate the 2 rooms in order to feel comfortable. No toiletries were provided. Only towels, toilet rolls and a all in one liquid dispenser for bath, shampoo and face wash! No bar soap, toothbrush, toothpaste or shower cap. Bedsheets, pillowcases and towels has stains on them. Pillows are so worn off! We expect coffee/tea facility but only an electric kettle and 2 glasses provided. This hotel urgently needs an upgrade. The furniture and room look very dated.

Ok for last minute deal
This hotel located in Tanah Rata. It's quite convenient since it's near to stalls, restaurant, mini mart and etc. In room it do not have fan. The hotel provide standing fan for rental (RM50/day if I'm not mistaken). We have to open windows to make the room cold. At night it quite noisy and smelly because of the surrounding streets. Overall it's okey.

Even with the additional mattress on the floor, our room was a comfortable fit for 5 people. The bathroom was big and clean with the shower taking up half the space ~ perfect ^^ Our room overlooked the main road so it did get a little noisy at night, but after spending the whole day walking to and around the tea plantations, we were too tired to notice :) Just 5 mins from the bus terminal and surrounded by many restaurants and souvenir shops,

do not stay here unless it is the only option
The hotel's location was excellent, central to town. Other than that, stay somewhere else. Extremely overpriced for what it was. We were given a room on the 4th floor. The first night, there was barely any water pressure but was able to collect enough water in a bucket. The second night no water was coming out at all. Was moved to a room on the 2nd floor which was not cleaned (cigarette butts on the window, used tissues on the floor). The water worked in the second room. However, when we tried to get into the new to, the electronic lock wouldn't let us in. It took the hotel 4 hrs to try to fix the door. When that failed, they gave us a key to manually open the door. Reception offered no compensation and barely an apology for all the problems except the lame response of "The whole city is like this now." The WiFi worked 25% of the time that we were there.

how can i rate this hotel?
they dont supply water in bathroom and juz give excuses. the bed are broke and we juz use a another single bed(share). The point that i want highlight is juz water because we cant go bath and have to find another toilet at outside.Its t0 bad because the environment strategic and relaxing.

整體"非常差"。酒店殘舊，有陣味，服務員愛理不理。入住的兩間雙床房都比大床房差，床邊的牆壁有很大污跡，要將床拉出才敢睡，被單亦有手掌般大污跡，不應該給客人用；覺得房間無做清潔，面用紙抹完是黑色！浴室門口地毯殘舊及有蟻。 唯一可取是位置在大街上，食、搭車非常方便。

エクスペディアで予約したにもかかわらず、チェックイン時にキャッシュで宿泊代を払った。すぐに自分が気が付いて返金してもらった。双方ともにうっかりかな？？？ インターネットは各室でも繋がるようになっていたが、速度はあまりよくない。山中で仕方がないかな。

A great place for a central stay.
The location was excellent after a long bus trip, very happy with our choice to stay here, very short walk from the bus to the hotel. The taxis were close by as well for day trips. Plenty of food choices nearby. The receptionist was friendly and cleaners friendly. The rooms were clean but the towels whilst clean were in very poor condition. And beds needed mattress protectors. But sheets always clean and beds made, clean otherwise. Rooms great and spacious. Would certainly stay again!

Ok if u r looking only for low budget
Hotel is located in Tanah Rata. Location is just on main raod. It is good if u dnt hv ur car. So dnt hv to dependent on taxis. But surrounding is not good. Regarding staff.. they r terrible... no professional... the person at desk was very rude... was talking with us like we r unwanted guests... no drinking water is served ... after check in we had go out in search of water...this was very ridiculous...
