“A great gem in Nanoose Bay! The suite is great, particularly if you have a pet - easy ground floor entry/exit for bathroom breaks. 10 min parking for unloading/loading is almost right at the door. Parking in parkade was close and available. The views, the quiet and the amenities are wonderful. We will be back.”

“We had a great stay at forest hideaway- were impressed by the arrangement that fit nicely all of us (big group of 6 ppl various age group plus a pet). Clean, tasteful decor, spacious, close to beach, well stocked kitchen, easy check-in/ out process- top marks! Only feedback would be when it is hot - say 20c or so hard to cool the place down without an a/c.”

“The suite was awesome. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The area it is located is beautiful and the beach was great for hiking. The wildlife was up close and personal. We saw at least 50 sea lions swimming with 50 feet of the shoreline. The hosts were friendly and took an active interest in our needs.”

“The host’s thoughtfulness invested into Foxglove has provided a wonderful time of fun, rest and enjoyment of the nature by the Nanoose Bay. The kitchen is fully stocked, two bedrooms on the other side of the sitting ensure good privacy, balconies to watch the ebbs and flows of an inlet below, and the jet tub in master bedroom is a delightful bonus for the morning and eve. It’s been a blissful getaway for all of us.”

“Had an amazing time staying here for three months with my wife and dogs. Dahlia was an incredible host, even responding immediately when we had questions on new years day. Great trails right outside your door, views are even better than the photos, bed was comfy, pool was heated with hottub and sauna, kitchen well equipped and spacious rooms with all the furnishings. Many great trails within 5 minute drive. Would absolutely stay again!”
