WE ARE LEGAL IN B.C. - RESORT HOTEL ZONING! Walk out the patio onto the lawn and beach in this lovely resort hotel condo located in the quaint village of Qualicum Beach. Separate galley kitchen and bathroom, fully updated. Queen bed, pull out sofa bed, dining table for four, and combination desk/dresser. Patio and summer lounge chairs, laundry room on site. Just a few kilometers from the walkable village centre, which features quaint stores, grocery and pharmacy, and all the necessary services. Fifteen minutes to Parksville, with it's huge family beach, ocean-side provincial park, mini-golf, and other family vacation amenities.

I had a fantastic stay. The suite was very well appointed and clean, as was the entire complex. The location and view were amazing. I want to thank Barry for being so responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Thank you Barry for being a great host!Your place was perfect! The view impeccable! Everything was there that you needed for our stay, except paper towel, but a small thing to worry about. Electric fireplace, a nice touch to-take off the chill with the rain. Two resident bunnies that greeted us every morning on the patio. Cathedral Forest, Little Qualicum Falls absolutely beautiful with the leaves changing colour. Coombs never disappoints and across the street The Blackbird for the best schnitzel you will ever taste. Clean, quiet, relaxing. Thank you for sharing your place!

Conveniently located to travel N, S or W on the island. So much to do. It was perfect.

My favourite part. There were 4 bunnies who frequented our patio area. I loved feeding them carrots.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Shorewater Resort. The location was perfect...right on the beach, and close to grocery stores and shops. My only issue was the cleanliness of the place. At first I thought everything was fine, but noticed more & more issues as time went on. I went to put clothes in the cupboards. Unfortunately they were dirty inside, so never used them. The bedspread was stained...needs to be replaced. I pulled back the blankets on the bed to reveal hairs on the sheets. This made me wonder if the sheets had been cleaned? The kitchen cleanliness was a disappointment. Fridge & freezer interior needed a complete wipe down. I wiped the fridge, but left the freezer as it was. The cutlery was mismatched & dirty, and the cutlery tray was dirty too. I cleaned enough pieces & used them for our stay. Fry pans were scratched, burnt & devoid of teflon. Many needed to be replaced. The cooking spatulas were burnt, so I bought myself a new one. There were no kitchen scrubbers for cleaning, so I bought one as well. Oven mitts were oil stained, sticky & disgusting. They need to be replaced! The bathroom was clean but only one towel and washcloth each? Should double up on that. Everything was fine after I cleaned things up...I shouldn't have to do this. So, in conclusion...more attention should be put into the cleaning and upkeep of the unit. Adding a dishwasher would improve things. Besides that, everything was great.

Lovely property right on the beach. Easy walk to amazing food, drinks and ocean view patios. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. German restaurant right across the street was absolutely delicious! Close to many cool places like Coombs, Cathedral Grove, waterfalls and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay! The location is great, the view is beautiful and the suite is bright and clean. Loved being able to cook our own foods in the full kitchen - it's a great money saver compared to eating out all the time. Can't beat being steps away from the beach, either. We would definitely stay again! Thank you to our fabulous host!

Great beachfront property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great beachfront location. Although it was cool and raining on one of our days, we managed to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view and watch the cruise ships sail by and the bunnies hopping around on the lawn.

Perfect romantic get-away

So relaxing

Incredible ammenties, the touch of having coffee, tea, sugar, splenda and bubly and ginger ale in the fridge. Lots of spcies and amenities in the fridge. Getting up for morning tea/coffee and sitting on the couch or going out to the beach was a treat!

We are not interested in traveling too far these days and have decided to stay local. QB is a spectacular gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo as well as the sites and friendly people. The condo exceeded our expectations.
