“When we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned. There were towels lying on the floor, beds were not made, nothing was cleaned. We called the property manager and all he did was yell. Very unpleasant exchanges. He did organize for the cleaners to come. We ended up being late for dinner while the cleaners were cleaning. He did not even offer a proper rebate. We could not find another place last minute and hence had to stay here. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!”

“Loved this place! I wish we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed, even my teenagers were comfortable! We really enjoyed after a day of exploring to cook a nice meal, put our feet up, turn on the fireplace and look out at the mountain rage. We would definitely return!”

“Worst place for the amount of money spent ever. We found used things you clean your ears with in the couch, sockets were falling out of walls, I got the whole hairdryer kn my hand when I tried to use it, the toilet paper holder also fell out from the wall. We walked with shoes because the carpet felt dirty. The place is more that outdated. The toaster needs to be replaced and one of the stove plates did not seem to work.”

“Stayed with a friend in May. The room was comfortable with nice decor. The hot tub was also enjoyed. We stayed on the top floor and had a nice view. That was the trade off for hauling our luggage up the stairs but worth it in my opinion.”
