“Worst place for the amount of money spent ever. We found used things you clean your ears with in the couch, sockets were falling out of walls, I got the whole hairdryer kn my hand when I tried to use it, the toilet paper holder also fell out from the wall. We walked with shoes because the carpet felt dirty. The place is more that outdated. The toaster needs to be replaced and one of the stove plates did not seem to work.”

“Not too much to say because we were only there one evening. But overall it was acceptable. Pool was an awesome temperature, at approximately 83 degrees celsius. The outdoor hot tub jets didn't work but sgain the temperature was nice. The inside hot tub jets worked and it was excellent.”

“This property was a really nice get away. Central and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go on foot. Regan was great to talk to and the check in process was seamless. The rooftop hot tubs were a highlight!”

“This property is located just off the TransCanada highway and was an excellent base ro spend time in Banff (5 mins by car) and Lake Louise (about 45 mins by car). The property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. We'd consider staying here again if we're in the area.”

“This property is a great location with a view of the mountains. It felt very homey and comfortable and we enjoyed the close proximity to everything! We had a couple of small issues but everything was dealt with promptly by the property manager. We did not get to use the hot tub as it was under maintenance. The only other downside of this property is there is a Canadian tire right across the way which became part of the view when you walk in. Other than that, we would highly recommend this...

“A lovely place with all of the amenities. Loved the YouTube videos to show us how to use everything. The Flatbread Pizza Place across the street made for a nice evening meal on a snowy night. The only 3 (minor) issues we had were 1. The parking garage has a super low ceiling and so before opening the hatch on our ‘24 Rogue, we needed to pull out of the parking spot to the centre aisle in order to open the hatch and not hit the ceiling. 2. My husband is over 6’ tall and the EXIT sign going into...

“This is a fantastic property - the little extras that were included (garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, towels etc.) made the stay so EASY and convenient! You will not regret booking it!”

“The property was extremely well stocked and well decorated. There were cleanliness issues in the bathroom, fridge and kitchen surfaces. When i tried to communicate with the property manager about my concerns even though i had pictures and a video i was brushed off.”

“Had a great one night stay at Basecamp Suites Canmore. It was more than I expected. Clean comfortable cozy convenient and completely equipped. Definitely recommend ”
