“The room was ok. Besides the carpet feeling kind of damp and sticky, everything seemed really clean. The bed made me feel like I was sleeping on rocks, but they were clean and nicely made. “Easy check-in. Room was clean and great staff. Morning cleaners didn’t disrupt my late morning sleep schedule with the “no not disturb” doorknob hanger up. “Stayed over night to be close to the airport for an early flight out of Dallas Lovefield airport. Room was nice, breakfast was okay, we got there late on a Tuesday night, around 930-10pm, the night time front desk person was a little rude and seemed as if he rather not deal with us or be there… He had a terrible attitude but after dealing with him and getting to our room it was great and relaxing! ”

There were loose dark brunette hairs in the bathroom and shower that were obviously not ours, (we have blonde hair) and the security door latch was missing.
